Vernon Wesley Pratt

Vernon Wesley Pratt, Sr. passed away in a tragic fire the morning of May 12, 2019 in Brownsville, Pa.  He was born June 8, 1984 in Cleveland, Ohio; the son of Vincent E Pratt of Uniontown, Pa and Theresa (Yancey-Pratt} Anderson of Cleveland, Ohio. Vernon was born a twin to Vincent Pratt, Jr. and graduated from Maple Heights High School.  

 

He was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Wesley Yancey of Ohio and Brady Pratt, Jr  of Pittsburgh Pa; and maternal step-grandmother, Betty Jean Harris. 

 

Vernon leaves to morn his wife, Brienne Won-Pratt; 3 children: sons, Vernon Pratt, Jr., and Armani Taylor and daughter, Kianna Pratt

He is also survived by parents; brothers: Kevin, of Virginia, Vincent, of Ohio, Anthony and Terrance of Uniontown, Pa; sisters: Chanel Saunders of Frederick. Md and Jennifer (Ernest) Minor of Jacksonville, Florida; paternal grand Parents: Joan and Edwin Tracy of Uniontown, Pa; maternal grandmother, Mamie Yancey of Maple Heights, Ohio. m

 

Vernon was a fun and loving individual who liked to tease and then laugh when he got under your skin. He was a good man who was loved by family and friends and especially by his confidantes, Uncle Duane, Aunt Roxanne, and Aunt Marilyn; and he was very close to all his aunts and uncles.
