Teresa Marie “Tiny” Sims Hardy, age 63, from Fort Wayne, Indiana and formerly from Uniontown, PA

Transitioned peacefully on Friday, October 6, 2023, with family praying by her side. She was born on December 31, 1959, the “baby” of nine children to the late Boston Sims, Sr. and Geraldine Hardy Sims.

In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her grandparents, Oscar and Teresa Hardy; siblings: Baby Boy Sims, Cynthia Anderson, Lori Lee Murray, Romona Burden, and Boston Sims, Jr.

She is survived by two cherished sons, Jermel Timothy Hardy and Cory Tyre Hardy - both of Fort Wayne, IN; siblings: Sherry Sims “Dobbie” of Boonton, NJ, Faith Gantt of Lower Burrell, PA, Oscar “Timmy” Hardy (Carla) of Bethlehem, PA, and DeAnna Caldwell (Ravin) of Laurel, MD; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Celebration of life services will be held at Lantz Funeral Home, Inc., 297 E. Main St., Uniontown, PA on Monday, October 23, 2023. Visitation will begin at 12:00 PM followed by the funeral service beginning at 1:00 PM.
