Renetta L. “Ren” Anderson, age 53 of Uniontown, PA, passed away on Saturday, April 5, 2025. She was born June 8, 1971, in Killeen, TX to the parents of Patricia Richardson Anderson and Clinton Anderson.
Renetta graduated from Laurel Highlands Senior High in 1989, and shortly there-after was baptized as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses. Ren was an accounts manager with TelePerformance, where she just received a certificate of Appreciation and an Award of Excellence for being 2024’s Performance Top Supplier in Leadership. Ren was always very dedicated to her career as a businesswoman in corporate America, as well as an accomplished chef. She often took on a role of training and mentoring other women instilling the values that helped them reach leadership positions across many industries.
Renetta had many hobbies that included singing, enjoying live music, cooking, painting, and putting on dancing/singing performances for her family with her grandson. Ren was enthralled with nature. She knew everything there was to know about every Pennsylvania bird. She loved to teach the young kids in the family about the metamorphosis of butterflies. She taught them about helping monarch egg and caterpillar transformation into butterflies, and the importance of releasing them. She wanted to help with the survival rates of the butterflies on their beautiful journey in migration across the continent.
Renetta is survived by her mother, Patricia Anderson of Uniontown, PA; daughter, Jasmine Calabrese of Uniontown; sisters: Danielle Tobusto of Uniontown, PA and Janeen Houck of Boardman, OH; niece and nephew, Raina Houck and Devon Washington of Boardman, OH; her beloved grandson, Tancredi Calabrese Jr., as well as many more cousins and relatives whom she loved and adored.
A memorial gathering and service will be held on Friday, April 18th at 1 PM and 2 PM at the LANTZ Funeral Home, Inc., 297 E Main St. Uniontown, PA.
