Patricia Louise Henderson, age 83, of Uniontown, PA passed away at the Gathering Place in Hopwood, PA on February 25, 2024. She was born in Belle Vernon, PA on August 26, 1940, to the late Samuel and Anna Mae Carson.

Patricia is survived by her husband of 63 years, Melvin Henderson; son and daughter-in-law, Scott and Wanda Henderson, of Seattle WA and granddaughter, Kai Henderson of San Francisco CA; siblings: Leila Cooper of Maryland, Samuel Carson, Jr., Larry Carson, Martha Delain, and Ella Gourdine—all of Rochester, NY, and other relatives and friends throughout the United Stares.

For over 30 years, Patricia was employed as a manager with Hill’s Department Store. She was a member of Mt. Olivet Baptist Church in Uniontown. Patricia lived a life of service and was very active in helping her community through the East End Community Center and Meals on Wheels. She was also a member of the Women of Wealth financial group.

Funeral services are private and professional arrangements are in the care of LANTZ Funeral Home, Inc., 297 E. Main St., Uniontown, PA.
