Marla T. (Harris) Kurilko

Marla T. Kurilko, 48, of Hopwood, Pa passed away on March 6, 2019 at Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown, WV.  She was born September 12, 1970 in Uniontown, Pa. 

Marla was employed at the Intermediate Unit 1 Main Campus in California, Pa as the Assistant for Instruction & Online Services. 

She is predeceased by her mother, Jennifer Gaines Harris 

She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, John Kurilko of Hopwood; daughter, Brianna “Peanut” (Jerry) Wilkins and grandson, Jerry “J.J.” Wilkins all of Uniontown; father, Mattathias Harris (Kim)of Uniontown; siblings: Mary Harris of Uniontown and George Harris of Hopwood; nieces: Danasha “Nay Nay”and Nita “Bestie” Harris of Uniontown; Taylor and Amber and nephew, Brandon Donley all of Dilliner, Pa; mother and father-in-law, Marge and Jack Kurilko and sister-in-law, Tammy Kurilko and brother-in-law, Mike Kurilko - all of Dilliner, Pa; special cousin, Shelley Gaines of Uniontown; her “Fishing Family” at Laurel Games in Uniontown; aunts, uncles, cousins, friends; and other relatives of the Gaines, Harris, and Kurilko families. 

Friends will be received at LANTZ Funeral Home, Inc., 297 E. Main St, Uniontown, PA where services will be held on Thursday, March 14th: visitation from 12 p.m. - 2:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.will begin the hour of service with Bishop Leonard Tucker, eulogizing. Interment will immediately follow at Sylvan Heights Cemetery in Uniontown, Pa.
