Jonathan L. Wallace

Jonathan Wallace, age 63, of Uniontown, PA went home to be with the Lord on October 23, 2024.He was born the youngest of six children to the late Alphonzo Sr. and Queen E. (Berry) Wallace in Uniontown, PA on April 21, 1961.

He graduated from Uniontown Area High School and excelled in football and basketball. He furthered his education and earned an associate’s degree in dental hygiene and an associate’s degree in ministry at Penn State Fayette.

He was employed as a chef. Jon loved the Lord and enjoyed ministering and preaching the gospel, and often did prison ministry.

In addition to his parents, Jon is preceded in death by two brothers: Terry Robinson and Jeffery Wallace, his only sister, Cynthia Wallace.

Jons leaves to cherish his memory, his two sons: Marqueal and Amar Chister—both of Uniontown; three granddaughters: Aiden Royalti and Sypha Chister--all of Uniontown, PA; two godchildren: Mannie Dorsett and Toddchelle Young; siblings: Alphonzo Jr. (Janet) Wallace, Brett (Sharon) Wallace, and Todd (Vanessa) Wallace—all of Uniontown, and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
