Jarod Jamon Ashburn was called home on July 26, 2018.  He was born on April 15, 1995 to Cynthia Ashburn and Karl Eric Pollard. 

He is predeceased in death by his grandmothers: Evelyn Jarett Ashburn, Ann Pollard, Emma Conerly, and Lilly Ford.

Jarod is survived by his parents: Cynthia Ashburn and Karl Eric Pollard; step-father, Kevin Eugene Conerly; brothers: Kevon K. Ashburn and Gino Dollison; sisters: Jasmine Robonson, Ericka Pollard, and LaShonda Dillison; grandmother, Arlene Ford; special aunts: Debbie Whoton, Lillie Ford, and Lillian Ford; cousins: Kimberly and Nickkie; godmother, Toya Madison; godsister, Ciera Madison; godfather, Richard Jarrett; his girlfriend, Zetta Kay Nicholson and her children, Ethan and Evan Davis; aunts, uncles, other relatives, and friends.

Jarod loved his family and was loved by many.  He had a kind heart and loved to make people smile.  He had a knack for making people see the best in themselves.  He will be dearly missed by all.
