De'Vyon Dennis Obituary

De’Vyon El “Bub” Dennis, age 19, of Uniontown PA passed away Sunday, April 20, 2025. He was born on August 1, 2005, in Uniontown PA the son of De’Ja Dennis and Richard McGee.

De’Vyon is preceded in death by his great uncles: Todd Dennis, Vincent Thomas, Lonnie “Bud” Brooks, and Sean Thomas; great-grandma, Dorcas Minor; cousin, William Graham; close friend, Damani Wilson, and god uncle, Markell McKoy.

De’Vyon leaves to cherish his memory, his mother De’Ja Dennis; father Richard McGee; great-grandparents: Wesley and Clara Dennis;  grandmothers: Darlene Dennis and Betty Brooks; grandfathers: Richard McGee, Sr. and Ross Dennis, Sr.; siblings: Amaree McGee, Asa Betters, and Malayah McGee; aunts and uncles: Rostina Dennis, Shequita Thomas, Taylor Dennis, Danyelle Suggs, Rodney Dennis, Jr., and Samuel Dennis; cousins: Ma’Khya Jointer, Zaharii Martin, Roberto Martin, Wesley Dennis, A’Darrian Foster, Ka’Mari Thomas, Ja’Zell Suggs, Ja’Nell Suggs, Heaven Suggs; godparents: RaShon Taylor and Kyle Bass; godbrother, Da’Monyea Allen; godchildren: Ihsan and Ahsyrus; favorite cousin, De’Montae “Bud” Brooks; special friend, Maliik Belt; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends.

De’Vyon was a loving and fun soul that admired his family! He was kind and generous. When it came to his own, there were no questions asked! He would give the shirt off his back, if that’s what was needed. De’Vyon loved his siblings and younger cousins, always showing up for them as a big brother--no matter how big or little the event was. De’Vyon had an overwhelming laughter and an infectious smile that could light up the room in the dimness of our days! De’Vyon enjoyed playing basketball, listening to music, making videos, playing video games, and hanging out with his friends. As a toddler De’Vyon would chase after all his big cousins and wanted to be a part of every activity, trying to keep up with everyone. De’Vyon grew into a handsome young man that exemplified strength against all odds.

De’Vyon will be forever adored and leaves nothing but happy memories and good times for his family and friends to keep with them.
