Charles Chester Boswell

Charles Chester Boswell, age 85, of Daisytown PA, passed away on February 12, 2025, peacefully at his home. Charles was born October 1, 1940, in Daisytown to the late Homer and Lenora Boswell.

Chester, as he was affectionately called, graduated from California Area High School in California, PA and shortly after he enlisted into the United States Airforce and served 21 years of active duty as a Paratrooper.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings: Andy Boswell, Larry Washington, Velma Boswell and Elaine Boswell.

He is survived by one son, Charles “Chuck” Michaux of Daisytown; daughters: Tiffany Boswell of Philadelphia, PA and Dixza Boswell form Staten Island, NY; six grandchildren: Charles Michaux, Myiesha Michaux, Brian Michaux, Brandon Michaux, Laurie Flemming, and Landon Flemming; great-granddaughter, Aroga Harris; sisters: Joan Powell and Hilda Boswell; step-sister, Yasmin Brown; and a host of nieces and nephews, other relatives, and friends.
