Albert Rafell Williams

Albert Rafell Williams, of Homestead, Pa., passed away peacefully on April 23, 2026, in the Presbyterian Hospital, in Pittsburgh, Pa. He was born on April 24. 1954 to the late Albert Williams and Flora M. (McLure) Leos, in Los Angeles California. In addition to his parents he was predeceased by his brother, Phillip Tunstell.

Albert is survived by his only child; son, Rafell C. Williams, of Upper Marlboro, Maryland; brothers; Stanley Williams, Pittsburgh, Pa., and Darnell Williams, of Tucson, Arizona, along with a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
