I knew Virginia to be a very kind and caring lady.  She was always trying to help someone and worked very hard at everything she did.  She was easy to talk too and loved her family very much.  Please accept my sincere sympathy for your loss.

To the Family of Virginia Haynes Anderson;

There isn’t any way to prepare for the loss of a family member. Suddenly, the loved one you had always turned to is gone. In the quiet moments when the hurt is hard to bear, may love become your shelter and may the beauty of memories become your comfort.

You have the condolences of the members of St. Paul’s A.M.E. Church as you make your way through this passage. It won’t be easy, but you can rely on the support of all your friends and church family. May you be filled with faith and hope even in the midst of inescapable grief, and find comfort in and with each other. Virginia will be missed by everyone.

Words cannot adequately express our sympathy, but know that you are in our thoughts and prayers. Virginia must have been a remarkable person. Just look around at her family and friends that are here to celebrate her life and her Home Going Service.

“Don't weep at my grave, for I am not there,
I've a date with a butterfly to dance in the air.
I'll be singing in the sunshine, wild and free,
Playing tag with the wind, while I'm waiting for thee.”

In His Service Always,

Rev. Alfred L. Thompson
And The Members of St. Paul’s A.M.E. Church

Ms. Virginia was a beautiful person, inside and out. I got to spend some days with her and Rev. Owen during treatments and she always had an encouraging word for me as I would ask how SHE was doing. No more pain, no more treatments, Ms. Virginia. You are now COMPLETELY & TOTALLY WHOLE🙏🏽💜😥

The awesome memories of growing up with Ms. Virginia in the Village that raised my brother and I will always be held close to my heart!  She will certainly be missed. I pray the family finds comfort in knowing that she is resting in the place she worked so hard during her journey to get to. God Bless!
