You have my deepest sympathy. I am shocked and saddened by his passing. Mr. Boyd was one of my favorite propane customers. We talked every month when he called to make his budget payment. If I was having a bad day, just by him calling made my day better. Blessings and prayers for your family.

My deepest sympathy to your family on the loss of your Dad. I worked in Maintenance with Ed at Uniontown Hospital. It was truly a pleasure working with your father for 28 years. He was a great person and friend. We shared a lot of fun both at work and at wrestling (my nephew Tommy Palko wrestled the same time as Hank). I was looking forward to seeing you Hank, Canessa and Chrissy; sadly, I am unable to pay my respects as I will be out of town this weekend. Eddie and your family are in my prayers. He will be deeply missed.

So sorry to hear of your dad's passing. I met Ed through my sister Jan Rochek who worked for years with Ed at Uniontown Hospital. He was always so kind and funny. I always remember that the many times my mom was a patient at Uniontown Hospital, Ed always made sure to stop in to say hello to us. He always made my mom laugh!

Ed Boyd was 1 in a million..He was a true friend and always put others first..I had the privilege to get to see him days before his passing and his first concern was not himself but,how myself, husband and Reid and Thatcher were..But, that typical of Ed..biggest heart and smile of anyone I know......Prayers to his family in this sad time...

Sincere sympathy goes out to Ed's family. Canessa, Hank, Chris - you were truly blessed with your father working full time and taking the time out for you and your school activities, outings then the grandchildren and great grandchildren. He loved living a simple life and his smile, laughter and jokes were always present. I don't remember a day without him having those qualities. You will always have those memories to cherish. God Bless!
